Puffin Pastry
Susan Merriam at Puffin Pastry is quite possibly the best pastry chef in the state of Colorado. She bakes all of our yummy pies and cakes (with an occasional exception) and deliveres them twice a week. While we are known to run out, below is a list of favorites we always try to have on hand:

Hazel Dell Mushrooms
Grown right in our backyard in Windsor, Colorado, Hazel Dell provides us with eight different kinds of organic mushrooms to satisfy any mushroom lover's cravings. It's almost a sure bet that any dish with mushrooms listed as an ingredient has some of these delicious delicacies in the mix.
